How buying
works here.
Effective September 26, 2026. These terms are between you and Bass, based in Alabama, which operates BassLuxurySports.com, BassBats.com and BassGloves.com. They are governed by the laws of Alabama.
Prices. Every price is shown in US dollars. The total you will pay is shown before you confirm payment. Shipping is free on every product currently listed, and we ship within the United States only.
Placing an order. An order is placed when your payment is accepted by our payment processor. We then send an order confirmation to the email address you gave, and the processor sends the payment receipt. While you are checking out, the items in your cart are held for you for a short time; if you leave checkout without paying, or the hold runs out, it is released and nothing is charged.
Delivery and returns. Handling times, transit times, the return window, return condition, exchanges, damaged items and refund timing are set out in Shipping & Returns, which forms part of these terms.
A production run is fixed. When a release states a number, that is the number that will exist. A closed release is not made again, and it stays in the archive.
An allocation is an offer. Releases are small. Requesting an allocation places no order, reserves nothing and costs nothing; it tells us you want a piece when a release opens. Being offered an allocation does not oblige us to offer one, and it does not oblige you to take it.
