How a piece
reaches you.

Where we ship. Bass Luxury Sports ships within the United States only.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on every product currently listed. There is no order minimum.

Handling time. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.

Transit time. Once shipped, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.

Total delivery window. Expect delivery 4 to 9 business days after your order.

Returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return condition. A piece may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with every tag attached, with proof of purchase.

Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Exchanges. A different size or colorway may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery on the same condition. Write to us to begin an exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or refund you in full.

Non-returnable items. Final-sale pieces and custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds. Refunds go back to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days of the returned piece reaching us and being inspected.
