Privacy

What we hold,
and why.

Effective September 26, 2026. This policy is issued by Bass, based in Alabama, which operates BassLuxurySports.com, BassBats.com and BassGloves.com.

Buying. When you place an order we keep your name, your email address, your shipping address, what you bought and what you paid. Payment is taken by our payment processor, which sees your card details; we never do. We use what we keep to fulfil the order, to send you the order confirmation and shipping notices, and to answer you if something goes wrong. You do not need an account to buy. Order links are only ever emailed to the address that paid.

Requesting an allocation. When you request an allocation we keep what you send: your name, your email address, your mobile number if you give one, whether you play baseball or softball, whether you are a player, parent, coach or collector, the piece you are interested in, and anything you write in Why Bass. We use it to tell you when a release opens and to decide allocations. Your request also creates or updates one profile for your email address with our email provider, marked with what you said you were interested in. One profile per person; asking twice does not make a second one.

Writing to us. A message sent through the contact page is kept with your name, email address, company if you gave one, the category you chose, the subject and the message, so that we can reply and keep the thread. It is read by the people who run Bass Luxury Sports and by no one else.

Applying for a role. An application is kept with everything on the form: your name, contact details, location, school or employer, the links you provide, your answers, and the resume and any documents you upload. Documents are stored privately. If you create an applicant account (an email address and a password) we also keep the messages between you and us about your application. Applications are seen only by the people who make hiring decisions at Bass Luxury Sports.

Marketing email. Only if you join the list, through the form in the footer or the invitation that appears on the site. Joining creates or updates one profile for your email address with our email provider. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing ends it.

Analytics. Only if you allow it. Privacy Choices in the footer is the same decision, available any time, and nothing loads before you make it. If you allow analytics we record the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device type and your approximate location at city level, worked out from your connection and never stored more precisely than that. A visit identifier is kept in your browser for the visit and is not used to recognise you across visits. We use no advertising trackers.

In your browser. The site keeps your privacy choice, the contents of your cart and the visit identifier above in your browser's own storage, not on our servers. A cookie is set only when you sign in to an applicant account.

What we do not do. We do not sell what you tell us. We do not pass it to anyone outside the people who run Bass Luxury Sports and the services that hold it for us: our payment processor, our email provider, and the hosting and database services the site runs on.

How long we keep it. Order records are kept for 7 years. Allocation requests are kept for 2 years after the last activity on the request, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we are legally permitted to. Contact messages are kept for 2 years after the last activity on the thread, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Applications are kept for 3 years after the application process ends, unless a longer period is legally required.

Changing your mind. Write to us through the contact page and we will remove your allocation request, your contact messages, your application and your email profile, within the limits above.

Contact. Bass is based in Alabama. Questions about this policy, and requests about your information, go to us through the contact page.
